RETURNS

If something is not quite right you’ve got 14 days to send back your items for a for a full refund. All we ask is that items are in an unused, unaltered condition and returned with their tags and packaging. Please note, international returns are paid for by the customer.

• To care for this product, wipe it with a soft, dry, natural-colored cloth.
• If it comes into contact with liquids, wipe it immediately and leave it to dry in fresh air.
• Do not use neutral or aggressive chemicals to clean.
• Do not machine-wash. Instead, we recommend seeing a cleaning specialist.
• Do not expose the product to direct sources of heat or sunlight for prolonged periods.
• After each use, we advise keeping it in its pouch to protect it from light, dust, and moisture.
